Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (US): 7–15 business days
- International Shipping: 14–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
