At Sia Aura, your satisfaction is our priority. Because we work with third-party suppliers, we do not accept physical returns. However, we're committed to making every experience right.
Eligible for a full refund:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item never arrived
How to request a refund: Reach out to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. No return shipment needed — we'll resolve it quickly.
Not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Delays due to customs or carriers
- Sale items and gift cards
Refunds Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
