At Sia Aura, your satisfaction is our priority. Because we work with third-party suppliers, we do not accept physical returns. However, we're committed to making every experience right.

Eligible for a full refund:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Item never arrived (after 30 business days from shipping confirmation)

How to request a refund: Reach out to us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. No return shipment needed — we'll resolve it quickly.

Not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Delays due to customs or carriers
  • Sale items and gift cards

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
